CCSS Repository Update  (8:30)

  • The Southwest Co-op in Hope is taking on this project.  They already have an ADE grant for the same type of repository with a focus on SPED & ELL students (SPELL project).  It makes sense to have one portal for all Arkansas teachers.
  • More info to come - should have something solid in place for next school year.

PARCC Testing Update

  • Field testing Spring 2014.  Full testing 2014-15.
  • 2 testing periods:  75% and 90% instruction
  • Testing Equipment Guidelines:  http://parcconline.org/technology
  • At this time: 4 week testing window, similar to what we have now but computer-based instead of paper/pencil
